Our Policies
At SignatureStudio, we curate an unparallel sanctuary of tranquility, dedicated to your bespoke wellness journey. To ensure the seamless execution of your personalized experience, and to maintain the serene ambiance our discerning clientele expect, we have established the following refined policies. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hrs. before your appointment. Cancellations made before the appointment will allow for rebooking, subject to availability. Please note that rebooking is at the discretion of the spa and depends on our scheduling. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible should you need to make changes to your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so as not to delay next scheduled client. Your adherence to this policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all of our clients.
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled spa service. This will allow ample time to check in, change into spa attire, and unwind in our relaxation lounge before you begin. Light snacks and beverages available. as scheduled, so as not to delay next scheduled client.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time, we do not accept checks, CashApp, Venmo or Paypal. Credit cards are required when booking certain services, to guarantee your reservations. All services requiring more than one hour will be scheduled with a deposit to reserve the appointment. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before scheduled time, will be charged $ 25 per service. ‘No Show’ appointments will be charged 50% of all services missed.
All payments are due in full at time of service. We do not offer credit or payment plans. Your credit card on file may be used for payment unless an alternative payment method is presented.
Refunds and Disputes. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you have concerns regarding your service please notify management within 24 hours so we may address any issues. Any charge disputes must be resolved directly with SignatureStudio.
While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated. Guests may leave gratuity in cash or by adding it to their credit card payment.
We prioritize your security and privacy. All credit card transactions are processed securely, and we do not store full credit card information beyond what is necessary to ensure smooth payment processing.
By using your credit card at SignatureStudio, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Special Considerations
If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or special requests, please inform us at time of booking or include in questionnaire. Some treatments may not be suitable for guests with certain health conditions, please consult with our esthetician prior to your appointment. If you are pregnant, we recommend selecting services specifically designed for expecting mothers and consulting with your physician before scheduling.
Questionnaire
You understand, have read and completed the questionnaire truthfully. You agree that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures. You understand that withholding information or providing misinformation may result in contraindications and/or irritation to the skin from treatments received. The treatments you receive here are voluntary and you release this skin care professional from liability and assume full responsibility thereof.

No Pets Alllowed
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets inside the spa. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome.
Child Safety
For the relaxation and safety of all our guests, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving a service. Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
